Going into Sunday's Golden Globes ceremony, “American Hustle” and “12 Years a Slave” led the film nominations with seven each.

Four of the movie's stars are up for an award: Bradley Cooper (supporting actor), Christian Bale (best actor, musical/comedy), Amy Adams (actress, musical comedy) and Jennifer Lawrence (supporting actress).

David O. Russell was nominated in the director category, and the movie is up for best musical/comedy alongside “Her,” “Inside Llewyn Davis,” “Nebraska” and “The Wolf of Wall Street.”

Should we assume we know whom E! believes is taking home the gold?

Oh yeah! Loved that polyester, leisure suits, low cut dresses, guys with perms, awful comb overs, sideburns the size of Delaware–on and on. Big hair–I was in my late 30s in the late 70s so I recall the jammed discos in San Diego. “Sat. Night Fever” was a big hit – the BeeGees–one in four American homes had the album.

Like the look. They are looking like celebrities. Now that Golden globes are over, I am waiting for Oscar nominations. Any guesses which movie will take the maximum awards? I'm so excited!!
