HBO More Than Doubles Online Offerings

Cable outlet makes “virtually all” of its programming available online

In a nod to viewers who increasingly want to watch their favorite shows online, HBO announced on Wednesday that it has expanded the offerings on its online site HBO GO.

The more than 1,400 titles now available (up from 600 titles) on HBO GO represent "virtually all" of HBO's programming inventory, including "True Blood," "Boardwalk Empire," "The Sopranos," "Sex and the City" and "Entourage," in addition to theatrical releases being aired by HBO, the network said.

The service is available at no extra cost to Comcast XFINITY TV, Verizon FiOS, Cox Advanced TV and AT&T U-Verse customers.
