James Corden choreographed a bumper for “Dancing With the Stars” — for real — and now we have the behind-the-scenes look at how it all went down.
There was some initial miscommunication, as the “Late Late Show” host actually thought he was doing the episode’s big dance number, but in reality, all he got was 20 seconds. “Quick and fun,” an executive producer instructed the CBS personality.
“I am a lot of things, but I am not quick and I am not fun,” Corden replied. “Not when it comes to dance — or to sex, for that matter.”
He took his disappointment out on the three dancers he got.
“I feel like I’m watching a group of children who have just come out of a coma,” Corden criticized the bunch.
In the end, it all turned out just fine — you know, aside from the look of horror on host Tom Bergeron’s face. Watch the video above.
