Lindsay Lohan Really Wants Her Day in Court

The actress doesn’t want to accept a plea deal in grand theft case

Lindsay Lohan has apparently decided not to take the plea deal the judge is offering in her felony grand theft case. TMZ said that the actress met with her lawyer Shawn Holley Tuesday afternoon and maintains her innocence of jewelry theft charges.

The preliminary hearing is set for April 22. Lohan faces jail and prison – jail, if Judge Stephanie Sautner decided she violated her probation, and prison if she is convicted of grand theft.
