NeNe Leakes has gone into apology mode, after wishing rape on an audience member during a stand-up performance in Oakland over the weekend.

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Leakes took to Instagram on Monday to admit that she “made a mistake” and that she “should have known better.”

“I truly regret and apologize for what I said from the stage in Oakland over the weekend,” Leakes wrote. “Sometimes words can cut deep and hurt when you have no intentions of them doing so,”

Leakes continued, “As a woman who has survived abuse, I regret the words that I used. I made a mistake and I should have known better. I hope people accept my deepest and sincerest apologies.”

During a performance in Oakland on Saturday, Leakes lost it on a heckler, calling her a “bitch” and a “fat sack of shit,” adding that she hoped that the heckler’s Uber driver raped her.

Leakes was met with harsh criticism over the comment on social media.

“I pray #NeneLeakes never finds out how damaging rape is. Men & women who’ve survived a rape are never the same again.Theres no humor in that,” one critic wrote.

“I’ve been saying this insecure girl has been trash for years. But yet, y’all keep celebrating her stupidity,” another detractor weighed in.

“boycotting #RHOA bc of @NeNeLeakes This is UNACCEPTABLE! She always says horrible things but this is career ending. @Bravotv you lost me,” another critic fumed.

I am sorry
