Susan Sarandon thinks Piers Morgan is “milking” the #CleavageGate controversy he found himself embroiled in after criticizing the actress’ outfit at the SAG Awards
The Oscar winner appeared on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Thursday and was wondering why the former CNN host was still talking about it on Twitter.
“Does [Morgan] have a job? A real job?” Sarandon asked. “Why does he have so much time? I don’t think his mother nursed him. I hate to say he’s milking this situation.”
Morgan responded quickly with a tweet on Friday morning.

Last Wednesday, Morgan took to Twitter to tweet out a picture of Sarandon’s SAG Awards outfit where she wore a black bra and a white blazer.
“Would Susan Sarandon wear this to a funeral? No. It was thus horribly inappropriate for an In Memoriam tribute,” he said.
After the hashtag #cleavagegate started trending and cleavage pictures were sent to Morgan, the TV personality was bombarded with accusations of ageism, to which Morgan defended himself by pointing out that he never mentioned Sarandon’s age in his tweet.
Sarandon then fired back with a tweet of her own. “#Today’s #TBT is dedicated to @piersmorgan,” the actress tweeted, along with a “Rocky Horror Picture Show” still, in which she’s wearing a white silky bra.
