The Conrad Murray Trial: Who Will Testify Next?

A list of upcoming witnesses for both the prosecution and the defense

Here’s a list of upcoming witnesses for both the prosecution and the defense.

FOR THE PROSECUTION:

DAN MEYERS — Senior homicide detective for the LAPD, and one of the lead investigators on the case.

SADE ANDING — A Houston cocktail waitress who dated Conrad Murray; she said she talked with Murray as Jackson was in distress.

TIM LOPEZ — A pharmacist who said Murray purchased several drugs,
including Propofol. (Lopez had fled to Thailand earlier this summer, and was brought back to appear.)

JAIME LINTEMOOT — Senior criminalist for the Los Angeles County Coroner; he’s expected to deliver crucial analysis of what was in the singer’s bloodstream.

DR. CHRISTOPHER ROGERS — Forensic pathologist with the L.A. County
Coroner’s Office; he will speak to the cause of death.

DR. RICHARD RUFFALO — Anesthesiologist and clinical pharmacologist; he will give expert testimony.

FOR THE DEFENSE:

DR. ALLEN METZGER — He  treated Jackson for two decades; Allen said that as recently as April 18, 2009, Jackson had requested — but was denied — intravenous sleep medicine.

DAVID ADAMS — An anesthesiologist expected to relate how he treated Jackson with Propofol on four occasions in 2008, while the singer was undergoing dental procedures. The defense contends that Adams told police Jackson was so familiar with the powerful anesthetic that he referred to it as “milk.”

CHERYLIN LEE — A registered nurse who treated Jackson in 2009, and was asked for help obtaining Propofol.
