Slain publicist Ronni Chasen's Los Angeles condominium is up for sale for at least $950,000, according to court filings.
The sale is part of an effort to liquidate Chasen's estate. The publicist's former residence on Wilshire Boulevard is appraised at $1 million, according to a notice of proposed action.

Neal Jannol, an attorney for Chasen's estate, declined to comment.
However, the filing implies that there is a potential buyer for the property, an "unrelated third party." The sale will be all cash and will close on or after June 17.
Chasen, a staple of the Hollywood publicity scene, was shot multiple times on Nov. 16 as she made her way home from the premiere of "Burlesque." Beverly Hills Police claim that ex-felon Harold Martin Smith was responsible for her death.
Smith killed himself on Dec. 1 as police approached him for questioning at the Harvey Apartment buildings on Santa Monica Boulevard.
