Channing Tatum, male stripper turned actor turned male stripper-actor, is opening a roaring ‘20s-themed restaurant and bar in New Orleans called “Saints and Sinners" this October.
Within stumbling distance from the legendary Pat O'Brien's on Bourbon Street, Tatum's old-fashioned watering hole is billed on its Twitter account as “sumptuous, sexy and coming soon" with a provocative slogan: "Where the red light is always on."
The exact opening date is not yet set, according to its Facebook page.
“Opening the doors on Saints and Sinners soon!” Tatum tweeted Monday.
Jonah Hill, Tatum’s “21 Jump Street” co-star, joined the online conversation: "My brother @channingtatum is opening up a sick restaurant/bar in New Orleans next month.”

Did Tatum's recent role in "Magic Mike" inspire the venture? It’s uncertain, but a nude lady gazes seductively from a promo photo.
"I don't think I'd ever open a bar anywhere else really, because I don't want to try to get people there," he told the New Orleans Times-Picayune in March. "But people come to New Orleans with a little bit of money in their pocket and they have one thing they want to do with it — and that's spend it and party with it and go crazy. And I want to help facilitate that."
