It’s a dessert dish Jamie Dornan tried to wrap his mind around.
On Britain’s “The Graham Norton Show,” the star of “Fifty Shades of Grey” continued his press tour for the film when Norton presented the actor a treat: a replica cake in the shape of a shirtless Christian Grey in unbuttoned pants.
Dornan stroked the cake’s left arm before eating an abdominal muscle with a wide-eyed look. The cake came complete with a pink, licorice whip.
“How do you taste?” fellow guest actor Stephen Mangan asked.
“Better than I imagined,” Dornan said as he continued chewing. With a puzzled look, he asked cake maker Rosie Dummer why she created the creepy effigy.
“It was made for an international cake show. We made a Red Room that’s totally edible, and we’re taking it to London. He is for a reason. He isn’t just because I like you,” she said laughing.
“Rosie Cake-Diva” created the piece for the Cake International Baking Show over roughly three weeks. Dummer estimated she used more than 55 pounds of flour, 340 eggs and 440 pounds of sugar paste for decoration, Fox News reported.
“Fifty Shades of Grey” opened in theaters Friday, generating more than $266 million worldwide.
