Miley Cyrus confirmed to Howard Stern that she’s going to be on “Black Mirror” without actually saying she’s going to be on “Black Mirror,” which sounds like something out of “Black Mirror.”

The singer appeared on Sirius XM’s “The Howard Stern Show” Wednesday, where the host asked Cyrus to address the recent rumors that she will appear on an episode of the Netflix sci-fi anthology series’ upcoming fifth season.

“If you guess it, then I will shake my head ‘yes’ or ‘no’” Cyrus said to Howard Stern. The host then told listeners she had confirmed the news to him. However, Cyrus never said “Black Mirror” herself, insisting she doesn’t know if she’s allowed to talk about her role yet.

Netflix declined TheWrap’s request for comment on Cyrus’ “Black Mirror” Season 5 casting.

Cyrus was away filming the episode in South Africa when California wildfires hit her Malibu home and she couldn’t say much about her role, but did offer up this: “All I can say is I have a lot of dynamic and I got to play a lot of different – I play one character, but there’s a lot of different sides of that character and there’s a lot of dimension to it. There’s a lot of dimension to it, and actually it was while the devastation of Malibu was happening, and it was a really weird learning experience for me, because I was so far from home and the show is already really dark, and it’s already kind of eerie when you’re there the whole time. But I learned a lot about myself and I think I was able to kind of use that and put that into it.”

“I hate everything, but it was the first time that I’ve left somewhere feeling really proud of my work…but that probably means that it’s s—,” she added, jokingly. “You know if I like it that might mean it’s horrible.”

No release date has been set for “Black Mirror” Season 5.
