Ratings: ‘Talent’ Top Rated as NBC, Fox Win Night

Double helping of Gordon Ramsay serves Fox well

NBC's "America's Got Talent" was Tuesday's top-rated show as a double shot of Gordon Ramsay powered Fox to tie NBC for the night's best overall ratings, according to preliminary numbers.

Airing from 9-11 p.m., NBC's dependable talent competition delivered a 3.0 rating/9 share in the 18-49 demographic and 11.2 million total viewers. It followed "It's Worth What?" at 8, which had a 1.4/5 and 5.4 million total viewers. Overall, NBC averaged a 2.5/7 and 9.3 million total viewers. Though it tied Fox in the demo, it had easily the most total viewers of the night.

"Hell's Kitchen" at 8 scored a 2.6/9 and 5.9 million total viewers to be the second-highest rated show of the night. "Masterchef" at 9 was third with a 2.4/7 and 5.8 million total viewers. Overall Fox had a 2.5/8 and 5.8 million total viewers.

After a "Wipeout" repeat at 8, ABC's "101 Ways to Leave a Game Show" at 9 scored a 1.4/4 and 4.4 million total viewers. "Combat Hospital" at 10 had a .9/3 and 3.8 million total viewers.
