The tributes to deceased "Glee" star Cory Monteith continued over the weekend, with Monteith's former co-star Chord Overstreet dedicating a song to the actor during a Saturday concert.
"He was a really, really good friend of mine, so I wanted to play this song for him," Overstreet told the audience at Los Angeles' Roxy on Saturday before launching into the acoustic ballad. "This is for you, Cory."

Monteith died July 13 in Vancouver of mixed drug toxicity involving heroin and alcohol. The 31-year-old actor, struggled with substance abuse and had attended rehab earlier this year.
Last Sunday, Monteith's "Glee" co-star Matthew Morrison paid tribute to the actor, opening his "Up Close and Personal With Matthew Morrison" show at New York's 54 Below with the tune "What I Did for Love," which was featured in Season 2 of "Glee."

"You guys came to see a show, I came to perform a show, so that’s what we'll do. And we’ll do it in Cory’s honor," Morrison told the crowd.
