E!'s recently installed executive vice president, programming & development Jeff Olde continued to bolster his department on Monday, tapping former Lifetime executive Noah Pollack as senior vice president, programming & development.
Pollack, who will be responsible for series development and original programming across a variety of genres for E!, has most recently served as vice president, reality programming at Lifetime, where he oversaw development and production of such projects as "Pretty Wicked Moms." "The Week the Women Went" and "The Houstons: On Our Own."
His career also includes a run as vice president, series development & original programming for VH1, launching "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew," "Basketball Wives" and "Tough Love."
He officially comes aboard E! in the fall.
"Noah brings a proven track record as a development executive who has the respect and spirit of partnership with the creative community — the lifeblood of any successful network," Olde said. "His instinctive ability to tap into the cultural zeitgeist and create shows that harness that spirit is perfectly suited to our pop culture brand. I am absolutely thrilled that he is joining our talented team."
Earlier this month, Olde built up the programming & development team for E! with a number of promotions and appointments, including promoting Blythe Asher to senior vice president, talent development and casting.
