Didja miss President Trump’s cameo in “The Emoji Movie”? Stephen Colbert didn’t.
“The Late Show” dedicated Thursday’s cold open to the unexpected (and not real, obviously) screen-time, in which POTUS as a Russian Flag emoji talks the (non-existent) ears off of a very patient chocolate chip cookie.
“Wouldn’t it be nice if we actually got along with Russia?” real Trump audio is paired up with the faux footage. “Wouldn’t that be good? I mean, is that a bad thing?”
Then, (real) Trump rants about Oreos. Wrong cookie, dude.
