Netflix has given us another look at “The Punisher,” and Jon Berntha’s take on gun-loving vigilante Frank Castle is still as brutal as ever.
The 30-second teaser flicks in and out of focus, going back and forth between Frank’s point of view and a GoPro-style shot of the action. It’s set somewhere in the woods, with crispy fall leaves all over the ground. Frank encounters a soldier in camo fatigues, and after a scuttle, snaps the soldier’s neck before grabbing the camera and saying “I’m coming for you” in the most menacing way possible.

That sounds like the Punisher we all know and love.
Netflix released new photo stills and a new poster from the upcoming show last week, which featured some characters that we already know from “Daredevil,” primarily receptionist-turned-journalist Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) and David Lieberman/Micro (Ebon Moss-Bachrach).
There’s no release date for the show yet, but there’s speculation the series could arrive in November.
