James Franco, Mila Kunis, Liam Neeson and Adrien Brody have some serious, intertwining problems in the first trailer for director Paul Haggis‘ romantic drama “Third Person.”
Neeson plays a writer obsessed with his characters and his mistress (Olivia Wilde) in Paris, while Kunis is a mentally unstable mom trying to convince her baby’s daddy (Franco) living in New York City to let her see her son again. Brody’s businessman risks his life for a woman (Moran Atias) he falls for in Rome.

Maria Bello and Kim Basinger co-star, but it’s unclear from the trailer (above) what their roles are exactly. However, given the movie’s similarity to the storytelling style of Haggis’ “Crash,” the ensemble cast will cross paths as the interlocking stories unfold.
