Paramount Pictures President of Marketing and Distribution Megan Colligan has brought on six new marketing executives, the studio announced in a statement Friday.
Mo Rhim, Paramount’s new senior vice president in charge of international digital marketing, will oversee the studio’s international digital campaign strategy. She is a longtime Google executive who was previously head of industry, media and entertainment for Google’s DoubleClick division where she was in charge of its entertainment business relationships, working with companies including Time Warner and Netflix.
Kath Skerry has been named vice president of digital marketing. Her most recent position was leading OMD Entertainment’s digital efforts for Walt Disney Studios, including its Pixar, Marvel and Lucasfilm imprints.
Vivianne Waisman, previously at Sony Pictures, joins Paramount as vice president of licensing, where she will concentrate on domestic licensing, retail relationships and e-commerce. At Sony, she was executive director of U.S. retail strategy and development. Prior to that, worked at toy giant Mattel.
Natalie Bowman joins Paramount as director of creative advertising. She previously worked at 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. Brandon Nichols, previously at Broad Green Media, has been named as director of digital Marketing. Former Warner Bros.’ exec Nav Kaur has been hired as Paramount’s director of marketing partnerships.
“We are excited to welcome aboard this diverse group of marketing executives with proven track records across digital, creative, partnerships and licensing; sectors in which we have identified as the biggest growth opportunities and ones that will have the greatest impact on audiences,” Colligan said in the statement. “With their combined expertise including Google products, Pixar and Marvel projects, as well as other studios and entertainment brands such as Mattel, they will all contribute to our existing stellar marketing team.”
