Ratings: ABC’s ‘Mixology’ Drops 31 Percent With Rerun Lead-In

CBS wins each Wednesday half hour

ABC’s “Mixology” sure could have used a new “Modern Family” lead-in: the show about the happenings of friends over the course of one night in a bar dropped 31 percent with a rerun paving the way.

CBS topped each half hour in an easy Wednesday win.

CBS was first in ratings with a 2.1 rating/7 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and first in viewers with an average of 9.5 million, according to preliminary numbers. “Survivor” at 8 p.m. earned 2.4/8 — the highest of the night — and 9.6 million viewers. “Criminal Minds” at 9 received a 2.3/7 and 9.8 million viewers — the largest audience of the night. “CSI” at 10 had a 1.7/5 and 9.1 million viewers.

Fox was second in ratings with a 2.0/6 and in viewers with 8.8 million. “American Idol” at 8 was the only show on the schedule.

NBC was third in ratings with a 1.5/5 and in viewers with 6 million. Following a rerun, “Law & Order: SVU” at 8 earned a 2.0/6 and 7.3 million viewers. “Chicago PD” at 10 received a 1.6/5 and 6.5 million viewers.

Univision was fourth in ratings with a 1.2/4 and fifth in viewers with 3 million.

ABC was fifth in ratings with a 1.0/3 and fourth in total viewers with 3.5 million. In between reruns, “Mixology” at 9:30 had a 1.1/3 and 3.3 million viewers.

The CW was sixth in ratings with a 0.5/1 and 1.5 million viewers. Following a rerun, “The 100” had a 0.5/2 and 1.7 million viewers.

Telemundo was seventh in ratings with a 0.4/1 and in total viewers with 1.1 million.
