‘Morning Joe’ Hosts Mock Trump As ‘Obese’ and ‘Disgusting to Look At’ (Video)

“The more he screams, the more he sounds like a little mouse squeaking,” Joe Scarborough says

The set of “Morning Joe” closed out the week with some mockery of President Trump’s latest rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Thursday, with host Joe Scarborough and longtime guest Donny Deutsch both expressing their contempt.

“He’s just disgusting to look at. He’s obese,” Deutsch said on Friday. “He’s one of the most repulsive physically looking human beings I’ve ever seen.”

“He looked so sad and pathetic last night,” Scarborough noted.

“It’s sad, you know, Donny, we know him. I don’t know at what point we start feeling sorry for him. He looked so sad and weak up there, swinging wildly,” Scarborough continued. “He just looks smaller and weaker by the day, and the more he screams the more he sounds like a little mouse squeaking.”

Both Scarborough and fellow co-host Mika Brzezinski did rebuke Deutsch for insulting Trump’s physical appearance.

“This is just not necessary,” Brzezinski said.

“Let’s let him talk that way,” Scarborough added.

Though Trump was once a welcome face on set for friendly interviews and socialized with Joe and Mika privately, the jeering Friday was par for the course on “Morning Joe,” which has become reliably critical of the billionaire since he took office in 2017. Only Thursday, Trump attacked the program on Twitter, mocking low ratings across the mainstream media after the release of the Mueller report.

“Wow, ratings for ‘Morning Joe,’ which were really bad in the first place, just “tanked” with the release of the Mueller Report,” Trump said. “Likewise, other shows on MSNBC and CNN have gone down by as much as 50%. Just shows, Fake News never wins!

In Grand Rapids on Thursday, Trump let loose as well, going after his usual slate of enemies in politics and the media.

“This group of major losers did not just ruthlessly attack me, my family, and everyone who questioned their lies. They tried to divide our country, to poison the national debate, and to tear up the fabric of our great democracy, the greatest anywhere in the world,” Trump told the crowd, which chanted “lock them up” as he spoke. “They did it all because they refused to accept the results of one of the greatest presidential elections, probably number one in our history”
