Watch Emblem3 Perform New Song ‘End of Summer’ at TheWrap Studio (Video)

The band Emblem3 open up about their return to music during a private acoustic show for TheWrap

Emblem3 stopped by TheWrap this week and turned an ordinary afternoon into a private acoustic show.

TheWrapStudio stage hosted back-to-back interviews Thursday, first with LL Cool J, who walked in with a style and swagger that made sure you didn’t forget who he is — a seriously cool dude.

After dishing on hosting the Grammys this upcoming Monday and teasing a controversial performance by Kendrick Lamar, LL cleared the stage for the guys from Emblem3.

Most of the time when talent waits to do an interview, they sit and talk with their team or our host, but Emblem3 said “hi” and took a seat in our lounge — and before long the newsroom had three talented guys singing with their acoustic guitars in an impromptu jam session. It was exactly how you want to be greeted by a band’s new music, without notice and so naturally that you can but tap your foot along to the beat.

After TheWrap’s  Stuart Brazell interviewed the guys about upcoming projects and their new EP, staff members got to sit down with them as they performed their new track, “End of Summer.”

After auditioning on “The X Factor” in 2012, brothers Wesley and Keaton Stromberg, and Drew Chadwick, released their debut album “Nothing to Lose” on July 30, 2013 with Columbia Records and Simon Cowell‘s record label Syco Music.

However, they went their separate ways a year later but reunited — much to their fans’ delight — earlier this month.

Now the guys of Emblem3 are back — with new songs, a new attitude and a whole new way to connect with them.

On Sunday, Feb. 14, (a.k.a. Valentine’s Day), Emblem 3 are launching their very own app, which will be available in all app stores for free music and content about the band.

“End of Summer” will be available to stream on it from Sunday onwards, so until then, you will just have to watch their acoustic performance in the video above for all your “End of Summer” needs.
