Ben Affleck-Matt Damon’s CBS Comedy Casts Alyson Hannigan

Alyson Hannigan is sticking with CBS for her post-“How I Met Your Mother” project.

Hannigan has been cast to co-star alongside Tom Papa in CBS’s comedy “More Time With Family,” which counts Matt Damon and Ben Affleck among its executive producers.

The comedy stars Papa stars as Tom, a husband and father making a career change to spend more time with his family. Hannigan, who’s preparing to wrap up her run on “How I Met Your Mother,” will play Tom’s wife Cindy.

Papa is writing and executive producing twith Josh Goldsmith and Cathy Yuspa.

3 Arts’ Dave Becky and Josh Lieberman are also executive producing the project, which comes from 20th Century Fox Television.
