AOL has teamed up with Ben Silverman's Electus on a new morning show, "AOL Daybreak, to be featured on the company's home page.
The first episode of the morning news roundup, debuted on Monday morning. The inaugural show featured host Lindsay Campbell asking people on the streets of New York City about what they are looking for in a morning news show.
Campbell is best known for her work hosting the humorous financial web series Wallstrip (acquired by CBS in 2007) and for co-creating the news and politics web series MobLogic.
"AOL Daybreak" is produced by Emmy Award winning-TV veteran, Diane , who last served as executive editor of ABC's "Good Morning America" and executive producer in the ABC Long Form Unit.
