It's "Another Happy Day" for Phase 4 Films.
Barry Meyerowitz's company has acquired U.S. rights to writer-director Sam Levinson's
"Another Happy Day," a dark comedy about a dysfunctional family. Phase 4 will release the movie this fall, the company announced Friday.
Demi Moore, Ellen Barkin, Kate Bosworth, Thomas Haden Church, Ellen Burstyn and Ezra Miller star.
The movie premiered at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival, where Levinson won the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award.
Phase 4 acquired the movie from Mandalay Vision.
