Ratings: Victoria’s Secret Catwalks CBS to Tuesday Win

Sorry, “Voice”

No big surprise here: the highest-rated show on primetime Tuesday involved Victoria’s Secret models strutting their stuff.

The CBS fashion show, pairing the lingerie company with contemporary music acts, topped NBC’s “The Voice” with a 3.4 rating in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic.

ABC’s “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” had a 2.0 rating, its lowest to date.

CBS was first in ratings with a 2.8 rating/8 share in the key demo and first in total viewers with an average of 14.4 million, according to preliminary numbers. At 8 p.m., “NCIS” earned a 2.8/8 and 18.8 million viewers — making it the most-watched show of the night. “NCIS: Los Angeles” at 9 received a 2.4/6 — tying a series low — and 14.7 million viewers. The “Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show” at 10 was the highest-rating program in primetime, earning a 3.4/10 and 9.7 million viewers.

NBC was second in ratings with a 2.4/7 and in viewers with 8.9 million. “The Biggest Loser” at 8 had a 1.9/6 and 6.2 million viewers. At 9, “The Voice” earned a 3.1/8 and 11.2 million viewers. “Chicago Fire” at 10 received a 2.2/6 and 9.3 million viewers.

Fox and ABC tied for third in ratings, each with a 1.4/4. Fox, which aired the “American Country Awards,” was third in viewers with 5.1 million. ABC was fourth with 4.4 million.

For ABC, “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” at 8 had its lowest rating to date with a 23 percent drop to a 2.0/6. The superhero drama pulled in 5.9 million viewers. “The Goldbergs” at 9 received 21 percent boost with a 1.7/5 — a nine week high — and 4.9 million viewers. “Trophy Wife” at 9:30 got a 1.2/3 and 3.5 million viewers. At 10, “What Would You Do?” hit a series low with a 0.9/3 and 3.1 million viewers.

Univision was in fifth in ratings with a 1.1/3 and in viewers with 2.9 million.

Telemundo was sixth in ratings with a 0.5/1 and in total viewers 1.3 million.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.2/1 and in total viewers with 592,000, airing reruns.
