Trevor Noah will appear on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” CBS announced Wednesday.
Noah will appear on the Sept. 17 episode of the show, along with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon. The South African comedian is set to take over for Jon Stewart on Sept. 28 on Comedy Central’s satirical news program “The Daily Show.”
Colbert should have plenty of advice for Noah, as he hosted “The Colbert Report” on Comedy Central from 2005 to 2014. Colbert also got his big break working as a correspondent on “The Daily Show,” and helped send Jon Stewart off when Stewart signed off in August.
