When “The X Factor” returns for its it third season this week, it will be bringing along a number of changes, including new judges Paulina Rubio and Kelly Rowland.
“X Factor” honcho Simon Cowell‘s ability to cut down aspiring music stars with a single acid-tongued comment, however, will remain intact.
In a new clip from the upcoming season, Cowell conjures up all the haughtiness he can muster to cut down pitch-deficient pretenders to the “X Factor” throne.
“Okay, it’s like someone’s delivered me three hamsters in a cage, and they’re running around all over the place rather than going on the wheel,” Cowell tells one combo.
“It sounded like two three-year-olds who’ve got flu trying to sing,” he informs another act.
One singer even has his performance deemed “very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very corny.”
Very.
