Daniel Craig Says One Direction’s Niall Horan Would Be an ‘Absolutely Fabulous’ James Bond (Video)

Actor declares that boy-bander would be a great successor in secret agent role

Wow; apparently Daniel Craig really doesn’t like James Bond.

Craig, who previously declared that his secret agent character is a “misogynist” and that he’d “rather slash my wrists” than play him again, has tossed another insult on the heap by endorsing One Direction heartthrob Niall Horan as his successor.

The actor, whose latest Bond endeavor “Spectre” premieres Nov. 6, told British radio station Capital FM that Horan would be “absolutely fabulous” in the role of Bond.

“Good man,” Craig said of Horan, who’s expressed interest in the role.

Asked by the interviewer, perhaps just to make absolutely sure, if Craig thought Horan would do the role justice, the actor affirmed, “He would, yes.”

It’s enough to leave any Bond fan both shaken and stirred.
