Sean “Diddy” Combs paid an emotional tribute to his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter, who died Thursday, writing on Twitter, “I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much.”

“For the last three days I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare. But I haven’t,” Diddy tweeted, along with a loving video montage set to music of them snuggling and dancing. “I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much. Today I’m going to pay tribute to you, I’m going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship.”

He followed it up with a second post, saying they “were more than soulmates.”

Porter died Nov. 15 at the age of 47. Although the cause of her death was not made public, TMZ reported that she had been suffering flu-like symptoms, possibly pneumonia, for several weeks. The Los Angeles County Coroner has since ordered an “additional investigation” into her death.

Diddy and Porter’s relationship spanned more than a decade with several breakups and reunions, and parted ways for the last time in 2007. They have three children together: Twin girls Jessie James and D’Lila were born in 2006, and she had their son, Christian Combs, in 1998.
