First off; don’t worry; Tara Reid is as fine as she’s ever been. But she sure doesn’t look it in a photo she posted on Instagram.

The “Sharknado” star published a photo of herself sporting some serious bruises on Tuesday, along with the caption, “Everyone be kind to each other. This is what bullying looks like.”

While the jarring photo elicited some worried responses from Reid’s fans, it turns out that Reid was wearing makeup for her upcoming film “Worthless,” about the perils of bullying.

“I’m so excited being back in New Jersey where I was born and raised. I’m shooting my new movie Worthless it’s an anti bullying movie,” Reid noted in a previous Tweet, published Monday.

Despite the actress’ admonition against bullying, some commenters couldn’t help but post some mean-spirited comments on Reid’s Instagram account.

“That’s what a gangbang looks like,” one critic wrote. “This is what a G list actress looks like,” another chimed in.

Everyone be kind to each other. This is what bullying looks like. #Worthless
