A character from the original “24” is returning to the franchise’s newest spinoff, but we’re sorry to report that it’s not Jack Bauer.
Rebecca Ingram (Miranda Otto) is pulling Tony Almeida (Carlos Bernard) into CTU in a desperate play to pull off a particularly messy mission. Her partner, Keith Mullins (Teddy Sears), doesn’t like the idea one bit.
“He’s a criminal,” Mullins says in the above sneak peek, which is exclusive to TheWrap. “A lot of people are dead because of Tony Almeida.”
“There’s nothing that ties him directly to CTU,” Ingram shoots back. “That’s why he’s right for this job.”
