The parties in a lawsuit over Charlie Sheen's FX comedy "Anger Management" have taken a cue from the show's title and decided to set aside their hard feelings.
"Anger Management" producer Joe Roth and Jason Shuman, who claimed that he was owed a $50 million chunk of the series, have settled their lawsuit, according to court papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday and obtained by TheWrap.

Shuman and his Blue Star Entertainment filed his suit in April 2012, claiming that he was tapped by Roth in 2008 to comb through Revolution Studios' film catalog for titles that could be developed into adaptations or remakes. Shuman claims that he developed the 2003 Jack Nicholson/Adam Sandler film "Anger Management" for what eventually became the series, but was frozen out and denied promised back-end ownership and credit on the series.
"[I]n June 2011, without warning or justification, Roth went silent and refused to answer any of Shuman's emails or take any of his telephone calls," Shuman's suit read.

Roth filed a countersuit last June, which claimed that Shuman was told in Jan. 24, 2012 that his consulting agreement was being terminated.
