New trailers for the midseason premieres of ABC’s Shondaland dramas promise just as many twists and turns as viewers have come to expect.
The biggest reveal in the new set of trailers is probably Olivia and Jake’s kiss in “Scandal.” After her surprise abortion and explosive break-up with Fitz, it seems like Olivia is finding comfort in someone else’s arms.
As teased in a previous TGIT promo, Meredith will be on death’s door when “Grey’s Anatomy” returns next month, and the new trailer provides a little more detail. In the new clip, Meredith gets attacked by one of her patients, and it’s Penny who comes to her rescue.
The new “How to Get Away With Murder” trailer provides comparatively fewer details, but the second half of Season 2 will see someone getting drugged, Frank taking a captive and Annalise stuck with a baby.
