Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has named Elizabeth A. Morrison as global head of inclusion, recruiting and development, the agency announced Tuesday. She will be based in CAA’s Los Angeles office.

Morrison will lead the teams overseeing ongoing inclusion efforts, learning and development, as well as recruiting programs across the agency’s offices and divisions. Morrison was previously chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer and VP, global talent management at Levi Strauss & Co.

“CAA’s company culture and employee experience are integral in the work we do in service of our clients,” Sherrie Sage Schwartz, chief human resources officer, said in a statement to TheWrap. “It is more important than ever to have engaging and equitable workplaces that support employees at all levels. As we continue to grow, Elizabeth’s leadership will be crucial for our colleagues globally.”

“I have long admired CAA for its highly regarded focus on collaboration and community, and for the agency’s deep and optimistic belief in what’s possible for employees and clients,” Morrison added. “I am passionate about championing experiences that allow individuals to present their full and best selves within the workplace, and look forward to joining my new partners on this ever-evolving journey.”

“We are thrilled to have Elizabeth join us,” CAA cochairman Richard Lovett added. “We always prioritize the development of our colleagues and an inclusive environment within our walls and beyond. Elizabeth’s professional experiences and expertise will further bolster CAA as a professional home where people of all backgrounds can be inspired daily, grow their careers, and best serve our clients.”

Prior to Levi Strauss & Co. where Morrison launched their first-ever career efficacy talent development programs and published their inaugural Global DE&I Impact Report, she oversaw diversity and belonging at Live Nation, where she led the company in achieving its first-ever 100% score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, and helped secure the coveted Great Place to Work certification. Before Live Nation, she managed global diversity and inclusion at The Campbell Soup Company, and spent eight years at Comcast NBCUniversal in progressive roles driving employee engagement and culture.

Early in her career, Morrison worked in public relations for the American Red Cross. She is a practicing member of the i4cp Chief Diversity Officers Board and Executive Leadership Council (ELC).

Morrison is a graduate of Temple University, where she received both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Liberal Arts degrees.

imagine getting hired because of your skin color for an agency which historically has helped keep america white washed since its inception and has only started working with minorities since the pr move to erase the racist white only history of hollywood which existed through the whole last 100 years. Are the only minorities in America that are trumpeted by hollywood far left media all workers of white companies that use them to lie to their communities while nothing changes in south central, harlem, chicago, detroit and the other democratic ran cities that have kept minorities as slaves to be incarcerated for profit? influencers like Diddy, TD Jakes, Will Smith, Meek Mills, Jayz, chris brown, kanye etc all acting as modern day cappos getting paid to be negative influencers that lead minorities to either prison or homosexuality or worshipping White owned companies with histories of anti minority racism like all the houses of high fashion in europe. Have fun at the psy op convincing people a historically racist instituition isnt using you to keep doing the same thing under your skins cover like the other puppets who took the check and dropped their pants.
