The fundraiser will be held for the Red Cross Philippines relief efforts on KCBS and KCAL-TV in Los Angeles, as well as CBS’ Los Angeles radio stations, and will air from 6 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. In addition to Probst and his “Survivor” colleagues, talent from the television and radio stations will participate, as will talent from CBS Corporations including CBS Entertainment and CBS Television Distribution.
On Thursday, CBS radio and television stations in San Francisco and Sacramento will also organize phone banks to collect donations for the Red Cross’ relief efforts in the Philippines.
