EXCLUSIVE
More headaches for Jennifer Lopez. The same group that is about to start shooting a mockumentary about her marriage to her first husband, Cuban waiter and model Ojani Noa, is now peddling 11 hours of home movies about their time together.
Jay Lavely just got another missive from Ed Meyer, the producer of “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J-lo and and Ojani Noa Story," saying that he intends to sell the home movies at the American Film Market in Santa Monica.
Here's the latest confidential missives between these two guys:

Re: Jennifer Lopez – Previously Unseen Home Video Footage
October 28, 2009
Dear Jay,
Apparently,
there is some confusion regarding the 11+ hours of previously unseen
home videofootage of Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa, that I have
purchased the "exclusive" rights to as part of my deal with Ojani Noa.
This home video footage that Ojani Noa asserts that he owns the "exclusive"
rights to IS NOT part of my Mocumentary, however, we will be
marketing/licensing this home video footage for sale in DVD format at
the American Film Market.
I hope that this clarifies that my film is a Mocumentary/Parody.
Regards,
Ed Meyer
I smell more legal letters on the way.
