NBC has canceled comedy “Crowded” after one season.

The sitcom starred Patrick Warburton and Miranda Cosgrove.

The show features empty nesters Mike (Warburton) and Martina (Carrie Preston). After 20 years of parenting, they are finally reclaiming their wild side. But when both of their grown daughters unexpectedly move back in, they are forced to scratch their plans to move to Florida.

The show also stars Stacy Keach, Carlease Burke and Mia Serafino.

Suzanne Martin served as writer and executive producer, and Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner were also executive produces.

The show was produced by Universal Television and Hazy Mills Productions

The cancellation news comes as NBC also gave the ax to freshman dramas “Game of Silence” and “Heartbeat” and live comedy series “Undateable.” Still in limbo are “Mysteries of Laura” and “You, Me and the Apocalypse.”

The network has already renewed “Superstore,” “Law & Order: SVU” and Dick Wolf‘s entire “Chicago” franchise.
