Aaron Sorkin to Play Himself on ’30 Rock’

The ”West Wing“ and ”Social Network“ writer will finally go head-to-head with Liz Lemon

Jack Donaghy's about to meet his match when it comes to fast talking: "Social Network" screenwriter Aaron Sorkin will appear on "30 Rock" as himself.

Sorkin will appear in an episode that will air in either March or April, his rep told TheWrap.

Though details on Sorkin's appearance are scant, it's probably safe to assume the episode will involve plenty of walk-and- talks.

The appearance suggests there's no bad blood between Sorkin and "30 Rock" creator Tina Fey since they both unveiled shows in 2006 about llife behind the scenes of a "Saturday Night Live"-like comedy.

Sorkin's "Studio 60" lasted one season.

The "Sports Night" creator has also appeared as himself on HBO's "Entourage."

Sorkin is nominated for an Oscar in Writing (Adapted Screenplay) for "The Social Network."
