Breathe easy, Al Roker; justice has been served.

The New York City cab driver who passed up Roker in November in favor of a “white guy a block away” has pleaded guilty and was fined $500, the Associated Press reports.

Citing the Taxi and Limousine Commission, the AP said that Mahabur Rahman, apparently not a fan of “Today,” admitted to a service refusal violation — his second such violation, according to the commission — last month.

Roker railed against the incident on Twitter in November, saying he planned to fight back.

“Filed a complaint today after getting passed up again by a NYC Yellow cab. Cabbie picked up a white guy a block away. Wonder why Uber wins?” Roker wrote at the time.

He went on to say that what he experienced happens “every day” to people of color.

“This happens to folks of color every day. And while most cabbies do their job, there are those ignorant, racist ones who hurt the others,” Roker wrote. “What really hurts, my 13 yr. old boy was with me and asked why the cabbie passed us. I said, ‘Nick, ignorant people make dumb choices.’”

And expensive ones too, apparently.
