Alicia Keys Sets Return to ‘The Voice’ as Season 14 Coach

Singer previously won Season 12 with Chris Blue

Alicia Keys is heading back to a red chair on “The Voice.”

The Grammy-winning singer will be a coach on the NBC competition show’s upcoming 14th season, the network announced on Wednesday. She joins a Season 14 coaching panel that includes mainstays Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, along with first-timer Kelly Clarkson.

This marks Keys’ third stint as coach, and her first since nabbing the Season 12 title with team member Chris Blue.

Season 13 is currently airing with coaches Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Hudson, who will not be back for the next go-round.

“We are thrilled to welcome back Alicia’s positive energy, competitive spirit and sheer talent. She brings unparalleled expertise and has proven she knows how to help artists win,” said NBC Entertainment alternative and reality president Paul Telegdy.

“The chemistry between Alicia, Kelly, Adam and Blake will make for a wildly unpredictable and compelling Season 14!”
