Alison Gold Follows ‘Chinese Food’ Up With ‘ABCDEFG’ (Video)

She’s stuck inside producer Patrice Wilson’s whacked-out world, and can’t get out

Alison Gold’s new single, “ABCDEFG,” isn’t nearly as catchy as “Chinese Food,” but the production value on the music video is way up. And the premise is crazier than ever.

While the song compares having a crush to feeling like “A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P,” the video features young Gold trapped inside “Mister Wilson’s Neighborhood.” More specifically, his house and van.

Things only get weirder when Wilson meddles in Gold’s love life and spikes her drink with love potion. Spoiler alert! He accidentally grabs the puppet potion instead.

The video ends with a call back to “Chinese Food” — a music video that has shot to  which may or may not enrage the Parents Television Council for depicting underage cannibalism.

You’re not going to want to miss this gem, so watch the questionably creative music video above.
