The BE Conference is back for 3 DAYS of mentorship, education, and career-building workshops by the most influential women in media and entertainment, WrapWomen. Starting Tuesday, May 11th join us for an exclusive digital event tailored to those reaching for the next level of their career.

Spotlight Conversation | Cynthia Erivo Joins BE Con!

WrapWomen is pleased to welcome Grammy, Emmy and Tony Award-winning actress, singer and producer Cynthia Erivo for a Spotlight Conversation on DAY 2 presented by National Geographic. Erivo will discuss her career and her latest role as Aretha Franklin in National Geographic’s global anthology “Genius: Aretha” in conversation with Wrap editor-in-chief Sharon Waxman.

Industry Workshops & Mentor Sessions

Upgrade for DAY 3 of BE Con, a limited opportunity for skill-building workshops and small-group mentorship sessions presented by Adobe. Workshops are educational sessions designed to provide attendees with practical skills, techniques, and ideas to support personal and professional growth. Mentor sessions are curated small-group video calls that give attendees direct access to industry leaders in specific areas where they can ask questions and seek advice. Each attendee will pick their mentorship topic and be paired with executives and leaders with expertise in the selected area of interest. The DAY 3 upgrade is available for $99.

WHY SHOULD I UPGRADE FOR DAY 3?
Workshops and Mentor sessions are custom built to your personal journey. If you are just starting out in your career, are making a mid-way pivot, are an entrepreneur starting a business, need to re-think your current business model, or simply trying to break into an industry, then this program is for you! All DAY 3 Workshops will be available to you, and one small group mentorship session based on your selected topic of interest. We’ll pair you with an industry leader who can share advice and guidance on your next steps. Your small group of 3-10 will engage in discussion, peer to peer networking, and an open Q&A with your mentor.

HOW MANY WORKSHOPS DO I GET?
With your upgrade, you have access to ALL Workshops, available live May 13th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm PT and on-demand thereafter.

HOW DO MENTOR SESSIONS WORK AND HOW MANY DO I GET?
Once you’ve selected your area of interest from our three mentorship tracks during your registration upgrade, the WrapWomen team will curate and match you with an industry leader based on your area of interest and mentor expertise. You will receive a private video meeting calendar invite for your mentor session approximately one week prior to the event, with mentors announced the week of the event. Each mentee is guaranteed one mentor session during the event.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE SESSION AND HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?
Curated mentor session groups range from 3-10 mentees with one mentor. Each session is scheduled for 60 minutes on Thursday, May 13th between 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm PT.
