“Working together with Destiny’s Child again was amazing,” Williams said during an interview (above). “I’m so moved by this moment right now, and to have my girls on there.”
Williams explained that the song, a cover of an old African gospel song, was a last-minute addition to her latest album, “Journey to Freedom.”

She had recorded a solo version of the tune before Rowland brought up the idea of doing it Destiny’s Child style.
“I know Kelly, she was like, ‘Girl, hold up! There needs to be a Destiny’s Child mix of this song,” Williams continued. “I said, ‘OK,” and it happened just like that.”
