Bill Burr Tackles Scientology, Jesus and Donald Sterling in Trailer for New Netflix Comedy Special (Video)

“I’m Sorry You Feel That Way” begins streaming on Netflix on Dec. 5

Comedian Bill Burr is coming after Scientology, Jesus and former Clippers owner Donald Sterling in his upcoming Netflix stand-up special, “I’m Sorry You Feel That Way.”

“The first time I heard the story of Scientology, I was like that is the dumbest shit I have ever heard in my life,” Burr says in the trailer for the special premiering on the streaming service on Dec. 5. “I said that is the dumbest shit I ever heard, while simultaneously still believing that a woman who never got f–ked and a baby, that walked on water, died and came back three days later.”

Burr is best known for his jokes, but has taken occasional acting gigs on “The Chappelle Show” and “Breaking Bad,” as well as movies including “The Heat” and upcoming racial drama “Black or White.”

“I’m Sorry You Feel That Way” is the comedian’s fourth hour-long special. It was filmed in front of an audience at the Tabernacle in Atlanta.
