Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has released a statement through his legal team that contradicts claims that he is pursuing legal action to visit his girlfriend at the hospital, where she remains on life support after being found face down in a filled bathtub on Jan. 31.
“In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like it to be clear, he is not,” Gordon’s attorneys Randy Kessler and Joe Habachy said in a statement to the media. “Mr. Gordon’s only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina.”

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s live-in boyfriend Nick Gordon has been banned from visiting her in the hospital and plans to take legal action, her cousin Jerod Brown revealed in a new interview.
In an on-camera conversation with Atlanta’s NBC affiliate 11Alive, Jerod said he’s been in contact with Gordon while Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown‘s daughter fights for her life at Emory University Hospital in Georgia.
“At the moment, he’s not,” said Jerod, when asked if Gordon was allowed access to his girlfriend’s hospital room.
“He’s taking legal action in that matter to get visits to see Krissy right now,” Jerod told the TV station. “I’m in contact with Nick. To be honest with you, Nick is feeling very emotional right now behind all of this. He’s pretty torn about what’s going on.”
Jerod said he acts as a buffer between Gordon and the Brown family by relaying Gordon’s wishes to relatives including Bobbi Kristina’s father
“We sit down and talk about things he wants my family to know and what he would love for Krissy to know, and that is that he loves her and is just waiting for her to wake up.”
In the days since Bobbi Kristina was discovered unresponsive in her bathtub, allegations of foul play have surfaced. The ongoing police matter was deemed a criminal investigation on Monday, with Bobbi Kristina’s aunt Leolah Brown implicating Gordon days later.
“I believe Nick Gordon will be charged with this,” Leolah Brown previously said. “I hope that he will be charged with this, as well. Soon. I really do.”
