Brian Williams Raps Another Snoop Dogg Classic With Assist From ‘The Tonight Show’ (Video)

“NBC Nightly News” host takes on “Who Am I (What’s My Name)?” thanks to the editing wizards at “The Tonight Show”

Who knew Brian Williams had such a potty mouth?

Jimmy Fallon returned “The Tonight Show” to Los Angeles on Monday night, after a special broadcast in Phoenix after the Super Bowl, where he introduced the latest compilation of Brian Williams showing off his flow.

The “NBC Nightly News Anchor” was clipped and cropped so that the video clips came together as the lyrics to Snoop Dogg‘s “Who Am I (What’s My Name)?” NBC “Today” show host Al Roker shows up at one point during his performance to lend a word.

He even found a few clips he could censor for the curse words from the song, though we suspect he’s borrowing a bit from Jimmy Kimmel’s “Unnecessary Censorship” for that. There’s no way Williams can get away with saying some of those words on broadcast television.

This is just the latest in a series of clips from the “Tonight Show” team, transforming “NBC Nightly News” broadcast clips into hip-hop classics. Williams has already “performed” hits like Sir Mix-a-Lot’s “Baby Got Back,” and this is his third take on a Snoop classic. He’s previously tackled “Nuthin But a ‘G’ Thang” and “Gin & Juice.”

Watch Brian Williams take on Snoop Dogg’s “Who Am I (What’s My Name)?” in the latest “Tonight Show” mashup.

“The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET on NBC.
