Color Me Badd Singer Bryan Abrams Charged With Attempted Assault

Bryan Abrams, singer for 1990s-era R&B group Color Me Badd, was arrested after a Saturday night performance at Del Lago Casino in Tyre, New York, during which he was seen shoving a band member on stage.

According to Syracuse’s WSYR, Abrams was performing with the group at the casino when he was seen shoving his bandmate on stage, causing him to fall into sound equipment on the floor. The victim, who was not named, was transported to Geneva General Hospital, where he was treated for neck and back pain, before being released, WSYR reported.

Abrams was charged with attempted assault in the 3rd degree, according to WSYR. He is due back in court on August 28th.

Abrams’ representatives did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment.
