Country singer Tanya Tucker was hospitalized Thursday after a fall that injured her ribs and fractured a vertebra, forcing three tour dates to be postponed.
After checking into a Texas hospital, Tucker was also diagnosed with bronchitis, according to her publicist. Concert dates in Kansas and Oklahoma will be postponed and rescheduled while she undergoes breathing treatments and physical therapy.
Tucker was also hospitalized back in October when she was hit with an upper respiratory infection while on her North American tour. At that time, six shows had to be cancelled before heading back onto the concert stage in Nashville.
