Drake gave every ounce of himself over to hosting the ESPYS on Wednesday night… and a little bit of Manny Pacquaio, too.
In a bit that mixed a smart concept, solid guest stars, corporate synergy, and fearlessness from the host, Drizzy “played” boxing legend Manny Pacquaio as he embarked on the next (and uncertain) stage of his career: recording artist specializing in Disney princess songs.

Specifically, of course, because this is 2014 and somehow there is still comedy to be wrung out of the song, “Let It Go” from the box office behemoth and Oscar-winning animated flick, “Frozen.”
“It’s like a metaphor,” Drake-as-Pacquaio astutely pointed out.

Gary Cole guest starred as Drake‘s pushy producer, and man, that guy certainly seems to know exactly how to portray the seedier members of the showbiz community. Presumably, from experience.
