Tom Wopat apparently wasn’t such a good ol’ boy on Wednesday.

Wopat, best known for his role as Luke Duke on the classic TV series “The Dukes of Hazzard,” was arrested in Waltham, Massachusetts, on Wednesday night on indecent assault and cocaine possession charges, the Waltham Police said Thursday.

According to police, the 65-year-old actor was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on a warrant for an alleged indecent assault and battery on a person over 14.

While searching Wopat and his car (presumably, not the General Lee), police found “two bags of white powder believed to be cocaine,” and Wopat was additionally charged with possession of a class B substance (cocaine).

According to TMZ, Wopat, who was in town starring in a production of “42nd Street,” allegedly put his hands down the pants of a woman involved in the production — and that’s just a little bit more than the law will allow.

TheWrap has reached out to a representative for Wopat for comment.
